Shipping area

SAMEBIKE offers free FedEx/UPS Ground ship to the lower 48 States only. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States.

Processing time

We will ship your order in 1-2 business days. Orders will not be processed on weekends.

Delivery times

Expected delivery date will be available on the courier tracking page. Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and can be impacted by carrier delays, weather, supply constraints, high volume, and labor shortages

COVID-19: Beyond our control, major couriers may experience delays in shipment processing, tracking, and delivery times due to increased order volumes and reduced staff. In very minor cases delivery times may take up to 3 weeks after the courier has full possession of your package(s). We will work hard to make sure you receive your package(s) on time.

Track your order

  • After the order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the customer's mailbox
  • For customers who have registered an account, a tracking record will be available on the order details page.

Local pickup

To avoid damages in delivery. Customers are couraged to drop by our warehouse and pick the bike up on their own. There will be $50 off per bike for pickup orders.

Step 1. Contact us(support@samebikeus.com) to get electric invoice.

Necessary information that customers need to provide: 

  • Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Which SAMEBIKE E-Bike's model and which color. 

 2. Get an appointment from our colleagues in the warehouse.
